Lilith's Great Escape

This cocktail recipe is compliments of Tracey Teal, bar manager at Ann Arbor Distilling Co. and features their winter gin

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces Water Hill Cherry Eau De Vie
  • ½ ounce Ann Arbor Distilling Co. Winter Gin
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounce cherry rosemary syrup
  • Fresh rosemary sprig

Instructions

Fill shaker halfway with ice. Add all ingredients and shake 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass of your choice. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.

Bartender’s Note: Make the cherry rosemary syrup with equal parts of sugar, water, and cherry concentrate. Heat gently in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Add fresh rosemary and allow to cool overnight in refrigerator.
