Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 2 ounces Arbor Distilling Company Summer Gin
- 1 oz raspberry syrup 1 qt raspberries blended into 1 liter of simple syrup)
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg white
- 2 ounces soda water
- Glassware: Collins glass
- Garnish: Creme brulee-filled raspberry with bruleed sugar on top
Instructions
Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker and shake vigorously without ice. Be sure to add egg white and cream last or they will curdle.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Shake again without ice.
Add 1 ounce soda to Collins (tall) glass and slowly add the contents of the shaker.
After letting the drink settle for 1 minute, add soda until the cocktail crowns over the glass.
Place the creme brulee raspberry on top of the cocktail.
