Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • ¾ ounce Two James Doctor Bird rum
  • ¾ ounce Two James Old Cockney gin
  • ¾ ounce strawberry chipotle syrup
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
Chipotle Syrup
  • 16 ounces strawberries (hulled)
  • 16 ounces water
  • 2 ounces chipotle peppers
  • 16 ounces sugar

Instructions

Shake. Serve in chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with dehydrated lime juice.

For the Chipotle Syrup: Combine strawberries, water and chipotle peppers in a pot. Bring contents to boil and remove from heat. Let steep without heat for 20 minutes, or until color is lost from strawberries. Strain off solids and combine sugar to the remaining liquid in blender. Blend until sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Store refrigerated.
