Lightning On My Feet
1 ½ parts Reyka Vodka
2 parts pineapple juice
¾ part Solerno Blood Orange
½ part fresh lemon juice
Angostura bitters
Shake, serve over crushed ice in rocks glass, garnish with a couple dashes of bitters.
Valentine’s Day – February 14

2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts Fresh Young Coconut Water
¾ part Lime Juice
1/5 part Tonic Syrup
2 drops of salt water solution (Salt:Water ratio 1:4)
Combine all ingredients into shaker and add ice. Strain over ice or serve neat and garnish with 2-3 drops of rose water.
National Margarita Day – February 22
Salud to National Margarita Day with the Smoke and Fire Margarita featuring Montelobos Mezcal, Ancho Reyes and Milagro Tequila. The smoke comes from Montelobos, an artisanal mezcal produced with 100% organically certified agave espadín in Oaxaca, Mexico, and the fire comes from the heat of the poblano chiles in Ancho Reyes. Smoke and Fire Margarita
¾ part Montelobos Mezcal
¾ part Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
¾ part Milagro Silver Tequila
1 part fresh lime juice
½ part agave nectar
Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of an old fashioned glass, salt it, and set aside. Combine all ingredients in shaker. Add ice, shake, and double strain over fresh ice into glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
St. Patrick’s Day – March 17

¾ parts Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ parts Honey Syrup
Lemon Twist
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake until well chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a lemon twist.
National Cocktail Day – March 25
Spring into National Cocktail Day and celebrate with the citrus and cucumber Ancho Gimlet. Featuring the fresh, bright and herbal, Ancho Reyes Verde, made using poblano chile, and the distinctive flavor of cucumber and rose petals of Hendrick’s Gin, this drink complements the new found spring weather with the refreshing taste of cucumber paired with the citrus blast of lime.
Ancho Gimlet
1 part Ancho Reyes Verde
1 part Hendrick’s Gin
2 part lime
½ part rich simple syrup (2:1 sugar:water)
Slice of cucumber
Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice and shake hard to chill and dilute. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a cocktail coupe, garnish with a cucumber wheel.

¼ part Earl Grey Syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel, to garnish
Combine all ingredients except the orange peel. Stir and strain into rocks glass over ice.
