- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Dr. Oetker Vanillin Zucker (vanilla sugar)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- raw strawberries or sweetened and cooked rhubarb
- lemon curd
Whisk together cream cheese, vanilla sugar and lemon juice in a medium bowl; set aside. Place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on crostini and top with fruit. Drizzle with 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon curd and serve.
Yield: 16 crostini
