Eggs, milk, cream, nutmeg. There are no rules, natural or otherwise, that say these simple ingredients can make eggnog only during the winter holidays—yet that is how we behave. And so sweet, rich, creamy eggnog remains one of the most seasonal of indulgences we look forward to only as days darken and the snow flies. These three baking recipes will help make the most of this one time of year when eggnog reigns supreme.
