- 1½ ounces Our/Detroit Vodka
- 1½ ounces house-made rosemary and raspberry shrub
- 1½ ounces house-made limoncello
- ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 large egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker; shake until frothy. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a wine glass and garnish with a fresh raspberry. Yield: one cocktail
Bartender’s Note: A shrub is an acidulated beverage (a drink made with an acid ingredient like vinegar) along with equal parts of fresh fruit and sugar. It’s a great way to preserve a bounty of fresh, seasonal fruit.
