- 1½ ounces Water Hill Cherry Eau De Vie
- ½ ounce Ann Arbor Distilling Co. Winter Gin
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce cherry rosemary syrup
- Fresh rosemary sprig
Fill shaker halfway with ice. Add all ingredients and shake 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass of your choice. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.
Bartender’s Note: Make the cherry rosemary syrup with equal parts of sugar, water, and cherry concentrate. Heat gently in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Add fresh rosemary and allow to cool overnight in refrigerator.
