Renaissance bartenders from Southeast Michigan share thoughts on the art of craft cocktail
- 2 ounces DCD railroad gin
- 3/4 ounce Lilet rose
- 3/4 ounce fresh beet juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in tin. Shake over ice until the tin freezes. Strain into a collins glass over ice. Top with soda and garnish with a dried orange.
