Ingredients

- 1 (14.5-ounce) block of firm tofu
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
Preparation
Remove tofu from packaging and press water out of block using paper towel.
Gently crumble tofu in a medium mixing bowl.
Pour vegetable broth in a small mixing bowl.
Add all other ingredients to broth and stir with whisk.
Pour marinade on crumbled tofu and mix.
Add vegetables of choice for color and added flavor.
Scramble in a medium pan with plant-based butter.
Serve.
