Ingredients
- 3—4 peaches or plums, pitted
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, sliced thin
Preparation
Dice the peaches or plums into equalsize pieces. Place in saucepot with the pitted cherries.
Add sugar and water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until water has evaporated (6—8 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in mint. Cool. Enjoy.
