Grilled Peaches
- 4 freestone peaches
- Avocado oil for brushing
- Sugar
- Ground pistachios
Honey Mascarpone
- 6 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 2 ounces honey
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
METHOD
Heat grill to high. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Brush with oil and sprinkle with sugar. Grill on the cut side to develop grill marks. Reduce the grill heat, turn over the peaches and continue cooking until tender.
