Ingredients

  • Berry of your choice, cleaned and weighed
  • 10% berry weight, sugar
  • 10% berry weight, water

Preparation

Add all ingredients to saucepan.

Heat until sugar dissolves, berries soften and mixture boils.

Puree in blender until smooth.

Chill until cold.
