Ingredients
- 3 parts prosecco
- 2 parts Aperol
- 1 splash soda
- 1 slice of orange
- 2 Castelvetrano olives
Preparation
METHOD:
Place ice cubes in a stemmed balloon glass. Pour in 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and a splash of soda. Garnish with a slice of orange and Castelvetrano olives.
