Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 3 parts prosecco
  • 2 parts Aperol
  • 1 splash soda
  • 1 slice of orange
  • 2 Castelvetrano olives

Preparation

METHOD:

Place ice cubes in a stemmed balloon glass. Pour in 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and a splash of soda. Garnish with a slice of orange and Castelvetrano olives.
