In this class you will explore the bold flavors of Argentina through the use of live fire cooking and traditional ingredients. You will learn how to make a savory herb sauce called Chimichurri that can be served on just about anything for added zest. A traditional flatbread made from garbanzo bean flour and the national dessert condiment of South America, Dulce De Leche.
