Tickets are now available for the 2019 Henry Ford Culinary Scholarship Dinner to be held on April 25th, 2019 at Restaurant Fifty-One O One on the campus of Henry Ford College.

This year's event features a spectacular 5 Course Dinner crafted by Chef Joseph Cosenza, CEC to benefit the Henry Ford College Scholarship Fund

The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:30 pm followed by dinner at 6:00 pm.

Tito's Handmade Vodka Signature Cocktails along with wine pairing with each course with wines provided by Sandhill Crane Vineyards.

Coffee provided by White Pine Coffee.

Rabbit
Porchetta-style saddle, spring vegetable salad
Wine Pairing: 2016 Merlot

White Asparagus
Chilled soup, chervil cream, chives
Wine: 2016 Sur-Lie Chardonnay

Scallop
Hazelnut-morel crust, nettles, chard
Wine: 2016 Proprietor’s Reserve Traminette

Lamb
Braised shank, stuffed loin, peas, artichokes
Wine: 2017 Estate Marquette

Espresso Affogato
Espresso granita, vanilla gelato, cocoa nib brittle
Wine: 840 Port-Style Dessert Wine
