Rockin' for the Hungry 2017

Food is at the heart of Thanksgiving and many other holidays. Imagine having to choose between paying for medicine, gas or electricity and buying food to celebrate that special day or just an ordinary one. Did you know that one in seven people in Washtenaw County face these choices year round?

Help your neighbors keep food on their tables during holidays and every day throughout the year. Give to Food Gatherers’ annual Rockin’ for the Hungry food and funds drive November 28 to December 3. Join ann arbor’s 107one FM and Kroger to raise funds and food for Food Gatherers to reach their new goal: 1 million meals for folks in need of food.

Double your impact during Rockin’ for the Hungry!
Make a gift to Food Gatherers during the campaign and it will be matched dollar for dollar. 

Ann arbor 107one will broadcast Rockin’ for the Hungry live outside Ann Arbor Kroger stores for 6 days. Stop by Kroger at 2641 Plymouth Road or 400 South Maple Road to contribute during the broadcasts. Volunteers and Food Gatherers staff will be onsite“freezin’ for a reason” and ready to accept your donations of funds or non-perishable food items.
