- 1 cup coarsely chopped red grapes
- ½ small red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ½ cup packed parsley, chopped
- Juice of one lime
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; toss gently.
2. Serve with tortilla chips or as topping for grilled meats or fish.
Yield: 6 servings, ¼ cup each
