This cocktail is the perfect refreshment, using all local ingredients. Valentine’s White Blossom is distilled in Ferndale. Thatcher’s is located in Temperance, the rhubarb is from a friend’s farm in Almont, and the honey is from here in Imlay City.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Valentine’s White Blossom
- ¾ oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
- ½ oz Honey infused with rhubarb and rosemary
- ½ oz lemon juice
Instructions
Shake ingredients together for ten seconds
Drizzle honey in glass and add crushed ice
Strain onto crushed ice and top with soda water
