Dorsey Culinary Academy presents Brunch at the historic Firebird Tavern, Downtown Detroit on January 27th at 10:30 am.

Join us for a wonderful weekend brunch prepared by the students at Dorsey Culinary Academy to be served in the historic Firebird Tavern Building in downtown Detroit. Experience the talent of these fine students who will be preparing the following
